Why do I have slow charging after updating to Windows 10?

I have Lumia 730 Dual Sim with Windows 10 latest update.
Since evening whenever I plug charger it gives me notification that "Phone Charging Slowly... Charged Phone is Happy Phone.. Always use Original data cable or charger that came with device.. blah blah..."
I'm using same charger which came with mobile. This notification is coming when I plugin data cable with lappy. That was okay. Because with lappy USB port it will charge slow but why with charger I'm getting same notification?
And it is really charging slowly.
Any help?

Yes, happens on my Lumia 830 too, since updating to build 14295. This build is crap! It brought many new problems including this slow charging issue. Nothing can be done about it. Just hope for a fix in the next build. And yes, it does charge slowly.

Or in general, W10M has brought this issue while the latest build has worsened it.
