Start Menu - Missing 3rd Party Program Icons

I've searched a lot online and can't find the issue, I was hoping someone here could help. I've tried sfc /scannow as well as Dism /Online... with no luck. It's not a Windows Store issue as all the Windows Store apps have their icons. And the icon shows up in the taskbar with no issues.

I've attached a screenshot of my start menu so you can see what I mean.

Unfortunately no.

His problem appears to be the exact opposite of mine. His Windows Store icons won't show but all his 3rd party ones work fine, notice uTorrent and Firefox.

The script just re-registers apps. All apps. First and third party.
