Set to Fast Ring - Working on Updates - Stuck at copying 2. What will happen when I reboot?

Set to Fast Ring - Working on Updates - Stuck at copying 2%

I was running the latest Windows 10 build. Then I configured Windows Insider Preview and set it to Fast Ring. After a while the update came in, and then I rebooted.
It's now installing, it says Working on Updates (Part 1: Copying Files), but it's stuck at 2% for about an hour now.
What will happen when I reboot? Should I keep waiting?

Is this for phone or for pc? Give it some more time, maybe an hour or so. Then try rebooting to see if something changes
