Why is my windows device recovery tool 3.3.31 having proxy error?
I tried to rollback my nokia lumia 1520 from windows phone 10 (10.0.10586.218) to WP 8.1 but WDRT 3.3.31 error occurs saying proxy server error. I am using windows 10 in my pc, is this the problem or what because in previous using windows 8.1 pc all are working fine. What is the reason behind this? Please help....
