Final device type upgrade

Having tried the W10 on PC, Laptop, convertible laptop and phone I gave the tablet a shot. Upgrade is all done but I am unable to use the tablet as the touch screen is not working the way it should be. When I tap and hold/drag the trail shows the touch elsewhere on the screen and also when I move the finger left to right or top to bottom the trail shows the opposite movement. That being said I am unable to log in as the onscreen keyboard will not work as there is a calibration mismatch and there is no manual for troubleshooting a Pendo pad7 with windows 10. How do I fix this issue?
