user creation errors...desktop and start menu
Upgraded to win 10 with no problems. Later wanted to add user. Seemed to be no problem until logging on with that user. Deleted user and recreated, ran into same/similar problems. Attempts to add new users result in desktop errors (can't load) or start menu (won't open). Even exposed built in Administrator account which also failed to load desktop properly upon initial logon.
