why is my laptop not downloading updates?

hello everyone.
I had purchased a new lenovo laptop with windows 10 home 64 bit. in updates I do see that update is available to download it says its 1511 march update but it never go beyond 26% while downloading. Can someone suggest me a solution how can I download this to 100%? is there any way I can manually download this update?

So I tried downloading it again this time it downloaded upto 100% but then says failed to install the update any help?
