Can't set Opera as the default browser in Windows 10 64 bit

I tried to set Opera as the default browser in Windows 10 but it didn't work. I even can't set any other browser except EDGE as the default. Whenever I close Opera and open again it asking me "Want set as default?"

I have go to setting window like the picture below and set but it didn't work, nothing happen when I choose Opera
