My laptop (Dell 5558) goes into shut down without warning at the 20% mark when on battery power.
It's not a battery issue cause it will keep running for another 30-40 minutes if i manage to cancel the shut down (from the processes still closing screen) or if i turn it back on.
I've searched high and low everywhere but can't find any resolution for this. I'm starting to think its just a problem with this piece (its a stock refurbished model my office gave me).
