Stay with Win 10 Ent. from my employer or go to Win 10 Pro

I currently have win 10 Ent from my employer. Which i don't use all its features. Was thinking of buying Win 10 Pro. Should I stay with 10 Ent or go with 10 Pro for my desktop?

There's not exactly a whole load of differences between the two versions. If you said that you were thinking of changing from Ent to Windows 10 HOME that would make more sense.

Save your cash. Keep the money. There's little point in changing from ENT to Pro.
