Start button dont work can not start menu Net icon, time icon disapear

Laptop Toshiba. Start button freeze, don't work and can't start menu. Network icon , Edge icon, time icon disappear , can not access Edge.
Don't know what to do. Pls help

Sometimes happens. Go to start, right click, Reboot

restart the machine by long pressing the power button until it powers off, wait a few seconds and then start it up. See if that resolves the issues

Make bootable disk using Media Tool creation. Restart Laptop, repair and now all OK!
