Why aren't my friends receiving notifications when I Tweet them?

Hello, my problem is when i tweet someone he/she has not recive notification about it, what should i do?

Hi, can you give a bit more info?
Details that could be helpful are whether you are tweeting from a phone or pc/laptop.
OS version you/they are running.

If they are receiving the tweet then it will be the notifications & actions setup on their pc's (assuming they are running Windows 10).

My problem is exactly like that, and i already tried same way open 2 accounts on same device and one working perfectly and my main not working

I think it's the multiple accounts that are are causing the issues.
Have you reached out to the twitter help center?
They are probably better placed to advise you.
