Windows 10 installed Spanish, I need english Australia #Help

Hi my computer had windows 10 spanish version downloaded. I need English Australia please help howcto fix.

Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language. > Choose one of your languages and then select Set as default.

In Spanish it might look like this:

Ajustes > tiempo y lenguaje > regi?n y lengua
