Do your start-menu-pinned-web-pages live?

Hi there,
if you pin for example windowscentral.com to start menu using Edge, is it Live tile? So the icon is alternating with recent articles directly on start menu?
It should work, but in my case it is not working at all... Do you have somebody any experience with it? in Windows 8.1 it is working on desktop as well as in phone.

riht click the tile, go to more and check that live tile is off or on

The live tile feature for pinned websites is not enabled on Edge (yet). It works on the Modern IE in 8.1 (desktop and mobile) but not in W10 (desktop and mobile).
