Edge wants me to login to: googleads.g.doubleclick.net???

Having an odd problem with Edge on my main computer, and ONLY edge browser.
I keep getting login popups whenever I visit a page running google ads, that tells me googleads.g.doubleclick.net is asking for my login name and password. Anyone got a clue whats going on here?

Seriously, get a host file that blocks ads. Personally I like the one from Using a Hosts File To Make The Internet Not Suck (as much) my personal favorite is the one that includes the IPv6 entries (Using a Hosts File To Make The Internet Not Suck (as much) (IPv6 version)) since my ISP now offers IPv6 addresses.

Download it, and put in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc folder. Reboot, then no more ads in any app/browser.
