Why won't my Windows 10 apps sync with Android?

my windows 10 apps will not syc with android

my windows 7 will sync with windows but windows 10 has my contact list and it shows on my android device but i can't send e mail with goggle

I'm assuming you want to email your contacts using a gmail account but you can't since your gmail account does not have access to your contacts. In your device, is your gmail signed in using the mail app? You should be able to send emails from the mail app using your gmail account
