Can I change the Windows 10 desktop back to Windows 7 desktop but keep the rest of Win 10?

Can i change windows 10 desktop back to windows 7 desktop but keep the rest of Win 10

Win 10 desktop is to plain, after 5 years of use i have got to know how to work windows 7 desktop and i would like to put it back on my laptop . The old style Windows Icon 4 colours was much better too.

Google for some Desktop stylus software, there are some full package style emulators for Start menus, Icons, backgrounds.

WARNING: that's only a style facade: Windows will continue working as 10 (Settings, Notices, etc)
