Right click crashes Start menu

Opening Start menu and performing an action with right click on Start tiles or All apps list tiles crashes it. (Right click in Start opens context menu with Pin/Resize/More.) It's strange how sometimes the first single right click action works fine, but several clicks or slightly longer right click tend to crash it. It's not big deal, but it's somewhat annoying
I've tried sfc and powershell commands, but no issues found on Windows PC version 10586.494. Any solution to this issue?
