cortana on lock screen not appearing

Hi my tablet is now running the anniversary update and so far its working brilliantly and fixed the crashing keyboard bug that crippled using it for any form of productivity. One mystery through is Cortana on the lock screen is not appearing. I have a picture as the background as instructed however even after a reset I cant get it to appear. Settings all seem enabled, any ideas?

Yup its switched on, not sure why its not working.

Is Cortana set for any voice or just yours? Mine works and is set just for my voice.

Try having it relearn how you say "Hey Cortana."

Same issue on Cortana lock screen settings are switched to on...have tried both showing 'picture' and 'slideshow'.....no success at all!
Even reset my 14393.105 OS laptop.....after reset it worked once, and not again!! Ran both sfc and dism commands...
