Windows 10 AU - undo blocked synced notifications

So now notifications sync through PC and Phone. Great.

But how do you undo a notification that you dismissed? Example, if I get a notification from XYZ app on my pc and I right click and choose "Do not show notifications for this app", how do I turn it back on for that app? Not sure if I'm missing something.

The individual apps from the phone aren't there. it only says "phone"

This is just like turning on close all tabs in edge and not being able to turn if back off.

It's under Cortana > Settings > Edit Sync Settings (under 'Send Notifications between devices'). When you select 'Phone', it shows toggles for the different apps. At least it did the second time, the first time it just highlighted the word "Windows Phone". It's kind of unpredictable, the list doesn't always show. Try a few times: hit Winkey-S, hit the settings cog in the lower left, scroll to 'edit sync settings' and hit Windows Phone. If the list doesn't appear, close the menu, and try the whole thing again.

Thanks. Just what I was looking for. Clearly it is bugged. I was there initially but when I clicked on it , it just highlighted so I didn't bother.

I got it to work but not in the same way you described. You basically just have to play with the "Windows phone" highlight. Sometimes double clicking on it did the fix.

What a shame. Will send feedback to Microsoft on this.
