Anniversary Update 0xC1900101 - 0x3000D

I tried to install the Anniversary update using the Media Creation tool and it reverts back and displays this error when I login:

0xC1900101-0x3000D
The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i think you are trying to install windows 10 onto a windows7
first instll windows 10 64bit or 86bit then chose 64 or 86 bit windows 10 then install
