Can't find ink on my desktop

Any help?
Upgraded a while ago and just thought I'd check out ink..... I can't find it at all....

Anyone know how to switch it on?

Right click an empty spot on your taskbar, select "Show Windows Ink Workspace button"



The button itself looks like a pen being held and drawing a circle.
