Anyone else notice that the new American Express App for Windows 10 PC is not working?

As of today, it will not load. I've run the App Troubleshooter, uninstalled & reinstalled the app and it refuses to load...just sits there spinning it's wheels.

The app isn't searchable in the Store either for some reason.

I am having the same problem with no launch. Uninstalled, could not locate in Windows Store but found it under my Apps Library; reinstalled and still not launching. This is on my Mobile, I need to check my PC to see if the issue exists there.

Yes, the same thing happens for me on Windows 10 Mobile. I noticed that the app has been removed from the store on my phone.
