Why am I stuck in this windows version?

So basically, my windows updated itself to the Anniversary when i turned of my PC. But guess what: The update itself was fine, but when it was done nothing realy worked. So I read in some forums, that you could downgrade to the older version again so I did it. But now nothing works anymore. I cant open settings, so I can't even grade back up to the anniversary version. Also not all of my programms work. I also downloaded the Windows-10-Upgrade Assistant, but it didnt work.
Also the windows troubleshooter didnt work for me.

Can anybody help me please?

What do you want to do?

By previous version do you mean windows 10 prior to anniversary update or do you mean windows 7 or windows 8/8.1

And what device are you using?
