Windows 10 AU Monitor problems

After completing the AU I am having problems with a secondary monitor on 1 of my Dell workstations. The 2nd monitor is connected using an HP USB Graphics Adapter. This monitor had been set up to mirror the monitor on the workstation. After the AU both monitors work but only in the extended configuration. Either monitor can be selected as the primary monitor but there is no longer an option to set the displays to mirror each other. We have tried disconnecting the secondary monitor and reconnecting it with no changes.

The AU does seem to want video driver updates. Download the latest video driver for your main video card (probably Intel, possibly Nvidia or Ati). You will also need a video driver update for your USB graphics adapter, which will use its own video driver (essentially such USB video devices are a secondary (or sometimes even tertiary) video card).
