"PEOPLE" App in Windows 10 and W10 Mobile is broken

You know, one of the most basic apps on a pc or especially a smartphone is your contacts.
On Windows 10 it's called the "People" app and on both pc and mobile the ability to have a simple picture of your contacts has been broken since the get go last year and STILL DOESN'T WORK.

Hello? Microsoft do you have any idea how bad this makes you look? I find it really brazen to call this mess a final version when something so basic as the contact app doesn't even have basic functions like having pictures for your contacts.

FIX IT !!

Sorry to say this, but it isn't broken on any of mine or my families devices (Mobile, tablets, PC's or Xbox's).

Gee, I wished they had announced that before I dropped $1500 for a Surface and $600 for a L950....

Works fine for me on my surface and lumia...

It's working fine for me on both laptop and desktop, too. And for my wife and son.
