It's a known issue and as far as I know it hasn't been address. The RT button acts like the LT button. I tried changing drivers in Device Manager "let me choose" what to install.

a solution mentioned on Reddit goes as follows :

"
If you've upgraded to Windows 10 Anniversary 1607 and you're having Xbox One controller issues you can try this firmware update.
:>Plug the Xbox One Controller into your PC via micro USB cable.
:>Download and open the 'Xbox Accessories' tool from Windows Store.
:>Click update. "

Thanks for the reply.

Tried that one already. That's for a wireless controller.. It had a specific name. I did find a solution.

In control panel in HID I disabled the XBOX Controller there and left enabled under the XBOX Peripherals
