Hey @abhishek singh21 I found this. I doubt if it helps, but thought I would post it here. I use CCleaner and I always except the back up feature when cleaning my PC.
Also restoring to a earlier time might resolve this issue.:wink: I hope this helps!

PS Did you use the registry cleaner?
Hi Jacky! There may a restore point before you used CCleaner! I have used this W10 feature before and it worked for me. Here's link! This feature is turned off by default and I don't know why, so you may not have a restore point. Give it a look!:wink:I did not backup my registry... thats the problem..![]()
