Help! I can't open any app on my laptop since December 2016

Good day, my laptop has been giving this message(This app can't open. There is a problem with <app name (Error)>. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it) since last year December 2016. What should i do? I was using a windows 7 ultimate before upgrading to the windows 10. The OS had some problem. Formatted it and reinstalled windows 10 again late November 2016. Since i have formatted it, the windows update does not work. Please help!

Hi ! I replied to your PM. I hope you understand. Thank you for starting a thread here on WC forum. Here are all the W10 updates. You can down load them manually from Windows catalog. Which update is not installing? Can you please attach a screen shot of your up date history?
