Store Apps Not Opening on Specific Profile

My surface pro 4 always had one account, mine

However, about two weeks ago I noticed that the facebook apps were not opening. This includes facebook, messenger, facebook beta, messenger beta and Instagram. When attempting to launch an app, is just shows the splash screen for a little while, then it crashes. i've ted reinstalling the apps but the problem persists.

I created a local account on my surface pro and the apps work fine there.

So why do they work on the other profile and not on mine?

Yes I have tried this but every time I try to run it I am greeted with an error.See below screenshot

Hi friend! This is all I could find about your cache error! Clear & Reset Windows Store Cache in Windows 10 / 8.1
Hope this helps. Have you ran a sfc /scannow+Dism?

Problem was a permission problem with the folder...

Couldn't fix it though so I just reinstalled windows.
