Any U.S. Army Windows 10 users (over Win7)?

How do you go about making Army sites work for you? Any issues with any sites in particular? Militarycac.com has a lot of helpful settings, but there always seems to be an issue here and there. I find AntiVirus seems to be a bigger issue with blocking Army sites on Windows 10 than on Win7, for some reason. I've had to switch back to a Windows 7 laptop, which is unfortunate, because I love Win10 for all my personal and daily use.
