Both my Windows 10 Mobile and PC are unable to complete downloading updates!

Its weird, but it seemed to all happen around the same time. I was originally trying to d/l and install the 15014 build on both phone (640) and Dell V8P. The update would get to about 95-99% then stop. I would restart the device and the update will restart and maybe get a little further sometimes even to 100% and still nothing. Already refreshed the phone and was able to do several updates but now stuck on d/l build 14965. Also, all of my app updates from the store are extremely slow and will take hrs/days to complete....on both devices. Any ideas as to what is going on??

Hi I don't know about phone updates, but on your PC you might try to reset W10 updates and then try to install them again. You can find all the windows up dates here!
