Windows Phone 7 Games Are In The Store?

I just opened the store to see if there were any new, free, xbox-enabled games.
To my surprise, there are a bunch of old Windows Phone 7 games.
Did they implement some kind of Windows Phone emulation layer and didn't bother to tell anyone?
I'm not complaining.
It even shows that I own some of them.

Most of the old WP& games have been in the store for quite some time. I own quite a few. Some work great, some dont lol.

That's interesting...
I check out the Xbox Live games collection, somewhat frequently (monthly?).
This is the first time I've seen them.
Maybe they just weren't in the collection.

Just for clarification...
I am talking about the Windows 10 store and not the Windows 10 Mobile store.
