I have several emails configured with the Windows 10 mail app.
I noticed that with my Outlook mails, in the configuration settings there was a place to tick 'use SSL'. However, with my gmail set up, it used the oauth 2.0 (where you get a web popup from gmail asking for credentials). After that, when configuring the gmail account in windows 10 mail there are no options for SSL. Is SSL used by default when using oauth 2.0 or is it not offered when using a 3rd party mail client with gmail? Thanks in advance for any input.
