- Windows Updates cannot be installed on the Surface with/without a VPN connection, the "Install now" button is greyed out.
- WSUS is not configured for the clients.
- User has Domain Admin rights.
- All other clients can install Windows updates with/without a VPN connection and with/without admin rights.
- Removed and readded the Surface to the Domain, but the issue still exist.
- User had a support call with Microsoft Support and they told him that this issue is caused by a domain setting and they closed the call.
