KB4015217 is the new update for version 1607.
I had it installed today too.
If you go to Windows Update History website, you will see it.

If it's failing to install, go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete all the subfolders and files. Don't delete the Download folder, only files in it. Then try checking for updates again. Should be fine as I had the same problem on a couple PC's and this did the trick.

When I first installed this on HP Pavilion 1225 Edge did not open and desktop would lag/freeze. Stupid me assuming issues with PC being +/- 4yrs old I did a system restore and rolled back to 14393.0 and it worked fine. Reinstalled update and had same issues. Did troubleshooting, ran update repair tool. Uninstalled / reinstalled to no avail. Not thrilled, uninstalling again.

Tried 6 times... gets to 99% and then backs out. Downloaded update 3 times and ran 3 online scanners... waste of time. Ran troubleshooter 3 times... all failed.

No guarantees. If you care to try again, see if deleting the registry key will help......

Regedit :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\RequestedAppCategories\8b24b027-1dee-babb-9a95-3517dfb9c552

Delete registry key 8b24b027-1dee-babb-9a95-3517dfb9c552

Reboot > try Check for update.

*** P.S. If you are using a tablet, please remove you sd card first. ***
