I can not connect my PDA to Windows Creators. WMDC does not start.
Do not receive any message. When I am trying to open from control panel program it freezes.
I tried Troubleshooters and response is incompatible software.
As I did with and Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. Ineffective.
But in Hardware and Devices troubleshooter appears that some drivers are missing (HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor and Base System).
My computer always worked with these drivers lack. Microsoft Update does not find any drivers. The manufacturer HP has a driver that does not work on windows Creators.
Also transfer program data from the total station to my computer does not work. The program is Stonex Data Manager. I tried different versions and compatibility mode. Not working! Module compatibility has never worked for me.
When I started Go Back to Previoud version of Windows 10 everything is going well. WMDC and Stonex Data Manager work very well in any earlier build of the windows 10.
I tried it on another computer. Everything is the same. (At that computer Hardware and Devices troubleshooter appears right): In Windows Creator WMDC and Stonex Data Manager not work and any previous version of Windows 10 it works.
The problem is that we're back to the previous version of Windows 10 but quite a few days Windows Creator was installed automatically.
Please help me, I depend on these computer programs. Give me options.
