1. Use Windows Update. You might have to wait for your turn.
Go to Microsoft Update Catalog.

2. Enter KB4015583 to the search box.
Select either 32-bit or 64-bit.
Select and click ADD.
Run the KB.
Go to Media Creation Tool (MCT).

3. Click Update now button.
That will start the Update Assistant. If your machine is approved, it will start download and installation.
4. Click Download Tool now button.
Run it.
Select Creation installation media for another PC.
That will start downloading the iso file.
Use the iso file for In-place Upgrade Install.
5. Burn the iso file to a bootable media and do a clean install.
