I only knew a small bit of ms-dos. Does anyone know of the un-motivated, fear induced disorder associated with using the windows operating system?
I do not know the impediment, sometimes concentration hinders task management. There is difficulty leaving tasks that occupy time, and sometimes fear of opening files (or, possibly, a lack of motivation for opening files).
Do other more experienced Windows users care to share better, more efficient ways to name files and directories to make organization and management much easier?
After the nineties when downloading was made possible, file names for downloads ended dos file management.
How does one program, or tell, Cortana to organize or locate files? What other functions does Cortana have?
