Video Resolution on One Drive is low

I can't find a setting that will default or allow me to specify the resolution of the video that I save on One Drive.

Appreciate any directions on how to get this done.

When you upload videos to onedrive the resolution stays the same as the original clip - the video isn't downgraded or upgraded in terms of size or resolution

What are you using to upload videos?

I've found that photos and videos LOOK poorer quality when viewed in the OneDrive app itself but if you save the photo/video back to your phone or on another device and play it using a media app then it's in normal high quality.
