Yesterday I tried moving a store app from my system partition on my laptop to another HDD and got an error (0x80073d0b) message that it didn't work and I should try later. I tried with different apps (no system ones) and different hard drives with the same result. Afterwards I also tried it on my Surface Pro 4 with a micro SD card. No result, same error. Both devices run the latest version of Win 10. Did anyone else notice that behaviour?
