Hi there,
I got this cheap repeater than I don't actually need just to max my network speeds..
I set up the AP and password, reset the repeater, the changes seem to stick but it doesn't have any internet access when I connect to it. It like a routeer just runs a webwrapper. Doesn't have any new firmware and the company that makes it gives a simple manual and no support (I can imagine they can't afford it).
I've had a little play on my router too, but cant find anything that will make everything stick. The signal is stronger where I have it plugged in, and I can connect to it, set setting, reboot it.
Mask etc seems kosher. Must be somehow not connecting with the AP...
I'll consider it a lost almost nothing, if it doesn't work, but any tips on how to get it to work? Anyone with similar experiences perhaps?
