BSOD stuck on 0%. Why?

Hello all!
As a regular pc user, i got BSOD(Blue Screen of Death) on my w10 (Home,SL - noninsiders) first time.
I thought it wouldn't be a serious problem and will repair my pc automatically. But I expected for nothing because it stuck on 0% for atleast 10mins.
So, i've to shutdown my laptop forcefully by pressing power button.

I know every OS has some vulnerabilities.
The main problem is the repairing progress which hasn't completed whether it is win xp,7 or w10.

BSOD never, on any windows version, repaired anything.
It's just an error mesaage.
That 0%...100% is the log saving progress.
So, stuck at 0% means it does not save any log, for some reason.
But you can just take the error codes (usually near the end of the text) and search for a solution.
