Why I could not communicate bluetooth in dive device after update to windows 10 creator?

We developed a library (C language) call bluetoothapis.dll function to read/write data from dive device. Previous windows version work well with this library. But after we update to windows 10 creator it did not work.
I had debug in my library, I realize that bug appears when we called BluetoothGATTSetCharacteristicValue function. That bug message: Access violation.
Please help us to solve this problem. Thank you.
