Error code 0x803f8001

On my wife's Surface Pro 3 and my Surface Pro we both have problems opening different store apps.

Comes up with this error message.

is currently not available in your account.
error code 0x803f8001

We are both on the latest version of Windows 10.

Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting the problem apps yet?

Apps & Features > Find the App > Advanced Options > Reset

One of the many ways to access Apps & Features settings is by right-clicking the Windows Start button. Or you can just use the search function.
