Bluetooth Problems since 1709

The latest Windows update has ruined my periphery: Most of my keyboards and most of my mice cannot be connected anymore with most of my PCs. For keyboards I now get asked for a PIN that my Lenovo keyboards do not have at all. Most of the times the devices are even not "seen" by the PCs. I checked the drivers, I installed additional Bluetooth dongles, nothing helped.
What can I do to get my Bluetooth devices working again?

I’m having the same problem. My old laptop doesn’t see my mouse but my new laptop does. They are both running the latest version of Windows.
