How the do you add a new wifi network in Windows 10?

All I want to do is change from one network to another. There is no add a new network button in the manage networks area.

Wifi will show available networks in settings->network & internet-> wifi, just click on the name of wifi and enter the password (if required)

1- the network must be active and visible
2- click the wifi tray icon (right of the taskbar)
3- select the network and enter the password (if any.)
