Bing Image for...everything...

I got this figured out on the desktop via:
Set Bing Image daily Photo as Desktop Windows 7 wallpapers

I would prefer the app, but when I play games it messes up if I move my mouse to the top of the screen and the little boxes tries to pull down. Any ideas there?

Also in one of the pre-releases you could turn off the use of a lock screen and go from screen saver to login screen in one click. Can't find that now...?

Also how can I get my screen saver to be one image a day like on WP8? Lastly, if I tweak it to run off the Bing Dynamic Theme those images are saved to a temp folder, fine for a one use but what if I ever use Disk Clean up?
