Can't. Download setup files for Win8

I went through entire procedure for online upgrade from win7 premium. But when I go to run setup, it comes back with: "Download did not complete successfully-the download task did not complete-the specified service does mot exist as an installed service"



Anyone run into this issue? Comes up same if ran again!!!

Have you tried online support? I've been having issues upgrading for a week now and have had techs remote desktop into my system for probably +15 hours now... Granted we haven't found a solution for my computer yet, but I can say they don't give up. Whatever your issue is, they will help figure it out.
