Skype, No Password

Well, I just ran into an issue and maybe someone can help. I created a new Skype account in my Windows 8 laptop and everything works except for the fact that Skype never issued a user / pass. Of course, I can login with my outlook.com credentials but the problem lies with my televisions... they want a username and password. the outlook or Microsoft password that I use doesn't work. when I look at my account it has me listed as username liveusername), which I tried, as well.

And of course, the new Skype in windows 8 or windows phone 8 doesn't have a logout.

any thoughts?
